Robert is an expert in International Talent Management and Leadership Development. Graduating with a Masters in Engineering, he progressed through a high profile International Graduate Leadership Development Programme into the world of Talent & Development. Further qualifications in Human Resources and then an MBA cemented his drive and commitment to tackle the growing skills gap for the next generation of graduates.
Robert is a leader with a breadth of blended experience of corporate project management, operational Human Resources and Organisational Development activities in global blue chip engineering environments and large public sector organisations. His experience in leadership roles has developed strong facilitation, problem solving abilities and high learning agility to deliver solutions for sustained personal and business results.
Robert accelerated his own career, taking no fewer than 11 progressive career steps in his first 15 years from a graduate engineer to become Head of International Talent and Organisational Capability EMEA for a blue chip multinational, and this experience has fuelled his mission to help others succeed.
